What materials and fabrics do you use?
Most of our compression socks are made from Super Soft Nylon + Polyester + Spandex which wicks away moisture with quick drying breathable fabric.

My socks didn’t fit. What size should I try next?
Compression socks can be tough to put on and are designed to be tight to give you the correct compression. However, if there is too much discomfort we recommend going one size up.

How do I know my socks fit?
Your compression socks should be tough but not impossible to get on.
If your socks slide on without resistance, you may need a smaller size. If your socks are too tight to get on, you may need to go up a size.

Trouble putting your socks on:
If you are having trouble putting on your compression socks we recommend purchasing a compression sock aid to assist with taking your socks on and off.
Compression socks losing elasticity:
To maintain the compression socks' original elasticity and effectiveness, remember to wash them and air-dry them after each use. Wash them separately or with similar-colored clothes in a gentle cycle at 30-40 degrees Celsius, but avoid using hot water.

How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 1 - 3 working days. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 8 - 12 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand or unforeseen delays.
Do you charge shipping costs?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How can I place an order?

My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?
Occasionally post order companies can make a mistake. If your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact our team immediately for assitance.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement.
Once your order has been delivered, we can no longer claim any responsibility if it is stolen, damaged or lost. Please ensure there is a safe place for your package to be delivered or someone is home to collect it.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as it meets our return conditions.
What are the return conditions?
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging with all parts included.
- The product must be unused and undamaged (normal handling is accepted).
- Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product was defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately.
Do you offer free returns?
No, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not offer free returns.
How do I initiate a return?
If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender address.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive the item. If all conditions are met, we will confirm the return.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our automated processing system, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. If the item has already shipped, please wait for delivery and return it following our return process.
What if my package is already in transit?
If your order is on its way, cancellation is not possible. You can return the package after receiving it.
Where do I send my return?
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense. We will provide you with the exact address once you contact us.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund your payment using the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
